You can use it to make calls, but I doubt you will be able to use it for text messages. The only way is to port out to another carrier and transfer the number back to Koodo.

We would not recommend using the Koodo wireless Home phone sim card in a cellphone as the rate plan is not designed for that type of device. We would recommend scheduling a call-back through our Koodo Assist and speak with our dedicated team for a resolution, in order to move and maintain the number.
