I got a call from 1-866-995-6636… Is this a legit Telus/Koodo number?

Any number can be spoofed, regardless of if it is a real number or not

Did you request a call back or have you recently ordered a phone or additional line from Koodo? If so, that was likely Koodo, as that was their number.
