I have had the problem with call backs. When they call back, the automated message asks to press #1 to connect/take the call. I have done this, for the three attempts they made to contact me, and the automated message comes on saying ‘sorry: couldn’t connect’.

Is there any other way to get personalized conversation with a Koodo agent, or does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

There might be issue with the register of the phone dialer and Koodo automated system. Have you got another phone to try?
