I wanted to get this message out regarding a survey I just took via text for Koodo
While taking the survey , it didn’t recognize the comments I had left about my experience with Katherine from Koodo …
The survey then asked me the same question 3 times of which I gave the same answer.
I then received a text saying
“Thank You for attempting to let us know about a Katherine”
so,
I thought I’ll post it here because it’s a rarity to be connected with such great Customer Service and I want someone to pass this along to her
THE Best Customer Service Person Ever!!!
I am hoping Koodo Representatives are watching this space
someone needs to give this woman a raise
Kathrine went above and beyond as a Representative of Koodo
She treated me with the utmost respect
It was a pleasure to engage with her as she solved my issue with lightning speed
You need to give her a raise
