I recently signed up for Stream+. I had an Amazon prime account that was to expire shortly thereafter. My activation through Koodo was successful and Amazon Prime showed billed through Koodo. I found out that I was also being billed through Google Play to my credit card. I had to dispute the charge and last night it was refunded. At the same time it also canceled the Amazon Prime including the Koodo. How do I restart the Amazon Prime through Koodo?
How did you dispute? was it done by Koodo or Amazon?
if your service has been cancelled, normally the best method is to contact Amazon to see if they can reactivate it with your Koodo payment. If not, you would have to cancel your Stream+ and resubscribe for it again.
It was done through my Credit Card company. I contacted Amazon first and was told to contact Google Play. I was unable to contact them.
Did you try scrolling down to your subscriptions on your Amazon Prime account to cancel?
The only thing it shows is that the subscription was cancelled Jan 21 (yesterday).
You should be able to link your account now. Have you tried activating it from your Self-Serve account?

If you asked your bank to cancel, your subscription fee might be blocked from the bank.
