Hi!
I have been a Koodo user for quite a few years on a Postpaid account.
I gave my daughter my old phone and had it set up as a prepaid phone, however now I would like to move her account to my postpaid account. I already bought the sim card, however when I try to add a line to my postpaid account, it is making me buy a new sim card and get it shipped to my house.
Is there any way to bypass this and get the card activated? I would like to keep her number. I have tried getting help from the Koodo Assistant chat as well as help on the phone and they kept transfering me from one person to another and my problem did not get solved.
Any help would be beneficial. I am starting to get really frustrated and mad.
