Account Cancelation

We changed changed plans and ordered a new phone which we haven’t received yet.  My husband wants to cancel the account.  How do we do this?  I don’t see anywhere online to cancel and I know you can’t talk to an actual human at Koodo. 

When the phone shows up, can I just return it unactivated with a note saying “Cancel Account”?  Would that work to get his account canceled?

When did you order the phone?  Did it ship yet?

If it is not shipped yet, you need to email the webstore koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com with your order number to cancel the purchase immediately.

 

Note that if it has already been shipped, then  make sure you do not accept the delivery, so that it gets returned to koodo. They will refund the phone purchase only be after they receive the package back at their warehouse.
