I am using data at home as a hotspot for my laptop and I am not able to work on my website which I work on using Squarespace. I have even tried on my phone and I can't get to the pages I need to get to to work on my website. I have not had any other issues with any other website except squarespace. What can I do?

+4Have you tried to access the webpage using your phone (not laptop) and see if you can access it? If you could access, the issue could be from some settings in the web browser or security settings of firewall of the laptop.
Also, what error did you see?
I also tried my phone. I will try it again to get the error message. I forgot what it was.
