No, usually it’s same day, within a couple hours.
They’re still backlogged from the boxing day sale period.
Tech Support hack, call Telus support, and tell them you are with Kodoo.
Is a wait time of 48 hrs for a call back from an agent the normal standard for support?
I was able to get Kodoo tech support by calling Telus first and get them to transfer me. Its the automated system that is buggered
