Wrongfully charged for Easy Roam - requesting refund

I work near a border and my roaming was turned off on my cell phone for that reason, but I was still charged for a day of easy roam on my last bill, despite remaining in Canada. I'm hoping to get the $14 charge removed but don't know how to dispute anything on the self serve.

We have reviewed the details, and we were able to remove the roaming charge on the last bill since it was triggered due to accidental roaming.

We recommend switching to manual network in the phone settings and selecting Koodo.

This way, the phone won’t be able to pick a different network.
