Hi, I just checked my bill and you guys charged wrong roaming fee to me. I always turn off roaming system even I’m in Canada and also I went to the USA several times, I haven’t experienced this situation. Especially, I went to Las Vegas from 15th to 20th, but you charged only two days (maybe 15th and 16th). This charges are unacceptable. Could you please check my bill again?

Have you checked your usage to see what caused the charge? Calling, texting, data, etc?


maybe data. it noticed me just easy roaming charge. I didn‘t call and texting to others. I just used e-sim.

From what can be verified, the charge on 15 was triggered by sent text and the one from 16 by an answered call.
