That total amount seems to be too much. Could you download the PDF bill in your self-serve and check the page 3 of it?. I wonder if there is something else.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

the difference of $1.60 is for long distance calling, please download the PDF bill in self serve for more details.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.
