Help! I put my Koodo bill on the wrong credit card yesterday! It accidentally went on my corporate card and I can’t have that! I have another card and need to switch that payment. How can this be done? 

If it’s preauthorized payment you setup incorrectly, go into your self-serve and adjust the payment method. After that, follow-up for the next bill to make sure it does or does not charge the new preauth method.  If you haven’t yet, I’d immediately reach out in your company to explain the situation.
