Hi there,

I changed my plan to $15 Seasonal Hold due to a travel outside of Canada. However, the bill I received yesterday was $20. I checked my current plan and it says my plan costs $20. The price for seasonal hold written on the website is $15, and the price shown on the email I recieved for plan change is also $15.

Why the bill I got is $20?

Let me flag a rep to look into this for you.

Hi there!

We have looked into it and we can see there was a price increase announced on your previous bill.

For more info, please download the PDF bill in self serve and check the last page https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills?srsltid=AfmBOor-PyMBQsB3r-rU9FHM0gnq2QuC0wHz9RDrzMqCbRkjIYtkKofo

Hi, I absolutely have no idea why there’s a $5 increase. I did nothing with my plan. Koodo increased my bill automatically?

The price listed on your website for seasonal hold is still $15. Is that the ‘special offer’ that Koodo offered to me?

I am feeling very upset about it and I would like to know why Koodo could increase a customer’s billing without any reason and notification?

Yeah. This is I see from the site. It's $15/mo.

I would be upset if the price went up like this especially not using service. Shouldn't they wait to raise prices for customers who are currently on seasonal hold plans?
