I had already paid last month charges. Now I am being charged for two months. Tried callback, got the call, no one spoke for one hour. scheduled another callback, nobody called. I am not going to pay extra. Fed up. Closing koodo. will never use. bad service.
Could you little more specific about the issue? can you download the pdf bill and check the page 3 and 4 of it for a detail breakdown of the fee? If possible, can you post it here? Hide all personal information before posting please

We verified and your last payment covered the October invoice. The next day, the November invoice generated and we do not see any other payments after that. Recently, the December invoice was also released. This can be verified by downloading the invoices as PDF and checking the 2’nd page where the payment amount and date is confirmed.
