Hi, I was a Koodo customer but I have quit for two months already, but now I received a bill that I do not understand, please help me to check that is going on of the bill and please make sure Koodo would not send me any bills on the future, thank you.

We have looked into it and we can see there was a prorated credit applied on the last bill for the period from the cancelation date until the end of the billing cycle.
The current amount due is a prorated amount, since the cancelation was completed a few days after the previous billing cycle. you can check the PDF bill details in self serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
