Did you call in to cancel and let them know that you would like a refund as per the cancellation policy? Or did you just port out the number to a different provider?
As well, if done properly, you’d have to wait for your next bill to be generated for the refund.

If you exceed 30 mins of talking, 50 text messages, or 50MB of data then you will be responsible to pay for your usage that you used before you left the company. More on this as well as Koodo’s return policies can be found in the link below.
