Are you saying you’ve been charged a tablet on your bill but haven’t purchased one? Can you post a screenshot of your tablet without any personal information?

If youre referring to the tab and tab bonus, the "tab" is the amount that youre paying off of a device for your 2 year term. The bonus is the amount that koodo pay. Is this what you are referring too or do you see a tablet plan on your account? By the looks of things the account has been cancelled, which means you would be charged the full tab and tab bonus balance that was remaining on the 2 year term to pay off any devices.

Thanks for sharing.

However, I didn’t purchase a tab and am wondering why it’s showing up in October. This raises a concern for me.

I recall that in January or February 2024, I was overcharged 200 CAD due to an error from the vendor where I bought my line and phone. Although there was no refund, the amount was spread over 3-4 months according to my plan. That’s why I need some clarity on this.

The “tab” is what you owe on your cell phone. (Like a bar tab).

You say that you “bought my line and phone”, did you buy it outright or finance the phone from Koodo? If you financed, then that would be what the tab is for, the financed phone.
