I left Canada in September 2024. I paid off my tab the month before and called to cancel my phone number. 

Now I'm being told I have an overdue bill that I somehow have to pay (see above where I paid off my tab balance ahead!!!!!!). Anyway, I'll pay the bill. 

 

I don't have access to my koodo account, the reset my email doesn't work, I don't have a phone number to do any 2 step factor authentication. 

 

Somehow I'm also meant to set up a new payee in my CIBC account with no Canadian phone number? Will not work. I have no access to 2 step factor authentication because that number is gone. 

The paybill koodo email is also full.

Im not calling internationally either. 

 

Tell me how to pay this bill.
