Yesterday I saw a $65/month 100gb plan which was a little upgrade to my $65/month 70gb plan

Now magically it is a $70/month plan, when the only $70 plan available is 120gb. If anyone changed their plan recently I suggest you to double check your account.

 

 

Personalized promo plans come and go and can change.

There is no scam here.

If you signed up when it was a $65 plan yesterday, I would expect Koodo to honour that.


It is still a $65 dollar plan, the screenshots are from today. But of course now I cant make the switch as I already made one switch this billing cycle. The confirmation screen yesterday clearly said $65. It was only when I checked my email did the $70 figure show up. 

So from my point of view I agreed to $65 and now they want to charge me $70. We can call it a swindle if you’d prefer that. The only honest explanation is there is an issue on their end displaying the wrong value for their plans, but that's hardly an admirable defense when presenting what you are offering. Makes me wonder how many people didn't noticed the same issue with their own plans

The plan changed after you switched you plan to this.
