Need some help from a MOD.

 

Yes, I have read this post.

But doesn’t make sense to me because my final bill is generated with the last tab amount charged. In other words the Tab is cleared!

Shouldn’t the Current Plan have no tab associated?

 

Out of curiosity I clicked on “Pause my plan temporarily” and noticed that my account still flagged with a Tab even though its paid off (i.e. final Tab amount charged to bill). 

 

 

Does my account need to reset somehow to clear the Tab? When would Tab status clear from my account?

We verified and found that the December invoice is the last one with the TAB charge.  This bill cycle has to finish and starting from January, you continue  as a month to month no TAB.
