When I took the card, the amp told me that US calling is free in your plane, so why did you overcharge ? If I don't pay, remove the charge, otherwise I will go to another company

Can you provide a screenshot of your plan? Were you abroad when you made the call?

Hi there,

If you follow the steps in the link below, it will tell you how to download your PDF bill from your Koodo self serve account. On there it will also tell you the reasons for any additional charges.

Keep in mind if the reason for the charge is for calling the USA and you have the unlimited long distance pack perk, then it is only free to call additional countries included in the pack while you’re calling from within Canada. Did you call while you were in or out of country and do you have the perk? That, or do you have a CAN-US plan? This will also show on the PDF bill.

Hi @Nikita patel

We have looked into it and your current plan and add ons don’t include calls to US, we recommend checking the details in self serve under Mobile Services and also on the service agreement, that can be downloaded in self serve: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-customer-service-agreements-csa

Your current plan is eligible for the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk, that can be added either as an extra perk for $10 a month, or you can add it as a free perk by replacing the current free perk.

So as @Flo Koodo mentioned, you do not have the unlimited long distance perk pack on your account or any US calling add-ons.

By the looks of things, you only have the 1000 international mins which as described in your screenshot only covers calling to China, Hong Kong, India, UK, Bangladesh, and Mexico from Canada. This is why you were charged.

To prevent this in the future you can do as they suggest and switch to the correct perk but keep in mind this will not come into effect until your next bill cycle.

Your add-on is different than the Unlimited Long Distance Pack. It does not include calls to the U.S., which is why it is showing up on your bill.

But that time employ said you got usa calling so I’m not pay overcharge next I take care about that

According to your screenshot, you chose Rollover Data instead of the Unlimited Long Distance Pack. It could have been covered if you selected the correct Perk, but that is not the case here.
