I changed my plan from $59 dollars to $44 plan with $5 discount if auto billing applied, which I have.. but still getting charged $59 as per my old plan instead of $36. Want to know why? When I check my self serve.. it shows $44 plan but still getting charged $59.

We have looked into it and the plan was changed 2 days after the bill date, this is  why the changes are not reflected on the bill.

The next will show the updated plan and will include the applicable proration.

Bills do not get regenerated to reflect mid-cycle changes. Your balance owing in self-serve, if it’s still owing, will get updated when you make changes, but not your bill.
