Why am I receiving a TELUS home solution billing message?

I am a new KOODO mobile phone subscriber and have never accessed the TELUS home solutions network, but I receive a KOODO mobile phone bill and a TELUS Internet bill from a 6400 number, even though I have not signed up for TELUS Internet service.
