Why am I being charged for long distance on an unlimited Canada wide plan?

Recently activated a second line and was charged long distance (on both lines) for calling myself to test the line. Both plans are unlimited Canada wide. How do I speak with an agent to dispute the charges.

Could you share a screenshot of the long distance charges on your bill? Just make sure you leave out any personal info.

Hello @RWM 

We verified the calls and it occurred when the new number was used first. It is a very rare situation that happened. 

A credit has been applied for the fees and the amount would be updated in the overview section of the Self Serve account.
