My monthly bill is about $40...I was dinged bor $14 roaming fees ,, I cannot find that I missed a payment as my last payment was Feb.4 2024 yet I am being billed for $122… Where do they get this amount...It does not add up. If I missed a payemnet would it not show on previous bills?

Once a bill is generated, it doesn’t change any longer. However your new invoice should mention what the charges are for.

There was indeed a missed payment, it shows on the firs page of the March bill as “ Balance forward from your bill”. The payment you mentioned in February covered the January invoice. This new charge is for the Invoices of February and March.

As for the roaming charges, did you travel recently ? Can you share more details about what happened ?
