My family was travelling on US and we were billed for roaming service even though we never used any service and turned off data roaming. We also purchased e-sim from amazon and used it while we were at US. When I looked at roaming usage, all of us get charged for one minute of usage on each day.
Will you please help with this? I don’t know how we got charged and we didn’t want to use any roaming service and every day it is charged for one minute of usage.

We have reviewed the details and based on the usage details, the roaming charges were triggered due to calls on two lines and outgoing text on the other one.
