US roaming charge while in Canada

I have been incorrectly charged a $14 roaming charge on July 13/24 and was not traveling in the US at that time. I would like that charge reversed. I took all the appropriate precautions to avoid this by turning off data roaming, setting my provider to Koodo and keeping my phone on airplane mode while near the Canada-US border but still received this charge. Please correct this.

Hi there,

was this on your most recent PDF bill or was it just the text notification? As it will have to be on your most recent bill for a rep to make the adjustment if the charges are not valid.
