US Roa

I was charged for US roaming on April 20, 2024 while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. I never crossed over the US border. The automated message from Koodo was sent at 11:32am. I immediately turned off roaming on my phone; however, we never left Canadian soil. How do I proceed to obtain a refund for a false roaming charge?

Let me flag a rep to have more information. If you travel near US border, and your phone was prone to pick up US cellular tower, try to disable automatic carrier selection and manually select Koodo. That might help

Hi @hpat

We have checked and there is no pending charge for roaming, do you see this in your self serve account?
