I've been charged for US long distance calls. Even though I have us long distance Calling as a perk.
When you login to your self serve and download your detailed your PDF ebill, do you see the Unlimited Long Distance Perk on the PDF ebill? Do you see the talk charges are for US calls only?
Are all US calls charged? Or are only US calls charged after a specific date?
Here's what I've got. The LD add on was active before the charges and all us calling charges.

I had call forwarding activated as a monthly charge as seen in partial billing and monthly addon. I actually have a call back scheduled. Will discuss there. Thank you.
