I was charged $14 for US easyroam (1 minute of usage) although I did not travel to the US. I believe it is because I was on a ferry from Victoria to Vancouver that day, although I’ve taken this ferry many times and this is the first time this has happened. Is it possible to get a refund for this accidental charge?
