URGENT!!! How to pay the final bill after leaving Canada without Canadian credit/debit card and I could not log into Self Serve?

To Koodo:

THIS IS URGENT.

I NEED A CALLBACK RIGHT NOW. My phone number is a international call for Canada. I NEED HELP.

I have left Canada in January and I am back in my home country.

I am a former user who has terminated my mobile phone plan and my personal bill was shown as zero.
However, I still received emails reminding me to pay for a final bill $12.98. Or else, in 3 days my account is going to be assigned to a collection agency. The problem is that I can not log into Self Serve because I have terminated my phone number before I leave Canada. Besides, I do not have a Canadian credit/debit card now. I need to pay the bill right now. Please help. Thank you.

How did you cancel? I assumed you received a cancellation email from Koodo?

After cancellation, there will be another “final bill” to settle everything between you and Koodo. Was that bill paid?

If you are overseas, you can contact Koodo via Facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo, and ask a rep. They might be able to help you pay using a international credit card.

I have contact Koodo on Facebook Messenger, they replied that the manager will contact me in 3-5 days. However, I need to pay the bill in 3 days. Otherwise, I will be assigned to a collection agency. Is there any ways to solve the problem earlier and faster?
