URGENT! Account Still Suspended After TopUp

I use prepaid and missed my top up by a couple days. My account shows “suspended”. I paid the balance last night and then got a message saying my service would be reinstated within 30 mins. 

After 30 mins, I still had no service. Now it’s been 24 hours. My payment has been processed and reflects in my now-zero balance again on my payment history, so how the heck do I get my phone to work?!

I’ve restarted it just in case that was the issue but it’s still showing “suspended” when I log in. Thanks for your help!

When you signed into prepaid self-serve, is everything active? Was billing date the same as before?

When you said you received a message, how was it delivered to you, was it by sms or email?

Did you restart your phone or your prepaid self serve login?
