Unsupend, paied but not restored

My koodo account was suspended due to nonpayment, but after I paied the existing bill, the service is not restored.

Payments made via your bank take 3-5 business days to process

I use the credit crad to pay, should be reflect immedaitely. In deed the payment is done but service is not restored,
