Hi, my wife was charged twice for US roaming charges when she did not enter the US. There are two $10 charges that are not accurate. There is a $1.60 charge that is accurate. Can someone remove the charges? Her phone is under my account.
When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, what does it say exactly for the line item for the two $10 charges?
Also which days were the roaming charges for?

We have reviewed the usage and we have been able to remove the charges since it was due to accidental roaming.

I was charged roaming charges when I was along the US Canada border.
I never left Canada so this should not be on my account!

How do I request this refund?
If this is an issue where I wil be charged without actually crossing the border , it needs to be fixed.
