My daughter used her phone for non emergencies when abroad and did not know to setup the 7 days foaming for 55 bucks.  Can I get the charges changed please to something realistic

Unfortunately, if the charge is legit, you couldn’t ask them to simply waive it, at least in this forum.

If the amount was significant, I recommend you contact Koodo directly by scheduling a call back from them and ask a rep to help.
