I had recently travelled to the US. I made sure my roaming was disabled before I had left, and did not ever turn it on during my trip. I see I have 3 distinct roaming charges for calls of durations of 1 minute each, on 3 different days, of which I am certain I did not make. I kindly demand these blatant charges be reviewed and removed from my bill. Thanks.

Did you receive any roaming text from Koodo? and was data roaming set to Off

As well, was the roaming call had the ID of “ER/VC”? if so, those are not actual calls, there were there to denote something has triggered easyroam on that particular day. Have you checked your usage in self-serve to see if you sent any sms or used data?

Hi there @R0B3R7

We verified the days with the charge and found that the Easy Roam was triggered by sent text messages while roaming. I will also include a help page with more details on how roaming is charged while traveling:

From what can be verified, the charges are valid. If you want to further investigate, feel free to schedule a callback through the Koodo Assist or send us a private message via Social Media.
