Hi all,

I’m out of country for the winter, but didn’t suspend my account as I’m using my phone with a local SIM card so wanted to keep my phone active for other services.

I just received my bill and the invoice shows an amount of $59.36, but the amount due shown is $0.00 and the PAY NOW option is greyed out. I saw this topic was covered once before about a year ago, but I didn’t see a message to say it had been resolved.

As I’m out of country (I’m in the southern hemisphere) it’s difficult to make contact with Koodo and I wondered if anyone had any advice that’s been in the similar situation.

On the page that you go to pay your bill can you click on the “bills” tab in between overview and support, then click “account history” and see if there are any payments showing in there that could’ve brought your balance down to $0?


Thanks for your advice Allan M, when I logged in to follow your instructions, the situation had resolved itself and I was able to pay.
