Unable to log into account

I am unable to lo into my Koodo account, as my mother had created the account using her information in the past but the info no longer works. 

 

I would like to speak directly to a customer service agent over the phone, please.

Hi @bpetitpas47 

You can schedule a call back through the virtual assist, and an agent should be able to assist with setting up the self serve access for you.
