Now I can't even schedule a callback, everytime I try they just say that it's too busy and they can't schedule me even for tomorrow or any other day.
Hi there @User554
We verified the agreement and found that the offer was for the $34 however, the rate plan is eligible for Autopay, you can set up the Preauthorized Payment and you will receive the monthly discount lowering the pricing to $29 . For the data, the main rate plan has 20Gb, however it was paired with an add-on that brings your monthly data to 45Gb. You can verify the add-ons through the Self Serve account.
For the Telus account, unfortunately we have limitations here over the Community and we cannot doublecheck. We would recommend reaching out directly to Telus.
If you want to discuss available options and offers, feel free to schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message via Social Media.
I've never heard the number $34 from the sales rep. It was supposed to be $29 for the month.
The data amount of 45 GB isn't the 50 GB promised.
The $10 off Telus, Telus has told me that it would be when I renew my contract however that's not what the sales rep told me. They said it would be a flat $10 off my home internet bill and I wouldn't have to do anything.
The sales rep never mention any need to do the autopsy or the add-on for data of that.
Terrible customer service as they're supposed to represent you. I had a $29/month plan with fido before switching and only agreed because of the terms that would give me a cheaper bill.
Mine and my mother's account are both like this now. I've already paid the increased rate for the first month because of that. I might as well go back to fido since they still offer that plan.
The $29 plan with Fido is the same as with Koodo.
They become $29 with auto-pay.
Were you expecting the $29 plan to be come $24 with auto pay?
