Why do I have two Tab Charges? On Dec. 22, 2024 I upgraded my device with $3 Tab charge. My bill should only have the $3 Tab charge.
The $5 Tab charge was paid off from previous phone upgrade I did (i.e. Tab balance was showing $0 before I did the recent phone upgrade). Is this a system glitch? Can someone from Koodo explain this…

Self serve updates very quick. Once a tab balance has been put on a bill, self serve will reduce what it shows by that amount. So on the last bill, self serve will show $0 left owing, because the last payment is coming on the next bill to come.
If you go back through, you should find that you will only see 24, $5 tab payments.

I appreciate your effort to answer my question. I am not new to navigate self-serve options.
I don’t see the previous $5 tabs anymore because it was all paid off!!!
That’s why I am wondering why is it still being charged and requested a MOD to view my account details.
At the top, if you click self serve, my profile, mobility, and then the download button next to mobility agreements.
You can then check what day you bought it, and then count the bills you would’ve received since then including your most current on and it should add up to 24.
If it doesn’t, one of us can flag a rep to adjust things!

What @Allan M mentioned is correct. We verified the date of the Service agreement and compared with the bill cycle, the first TAB charge paid for the phone was on the February 2023 invoice and the last is January 2025, exactly 24 months later.
