hi, can anyone here advise steps to settle up close a monthly account after leaving Canada? Kodoo’s lack of apparent  customer service makes it QUITE hard.

there is no way to close account yourself or contact them in self service.

I have no options from what I can see, since I am not roaming (so no call back available) and I don’t have  facebook or twitter accounts but that is how they want us to contact them? no email contacts?

I googled for a customer service email  address and found one,  but it doesn’t actually work!  please haallp?

There is no direct email/number to call from overseas to cancel the service.

You could try to schedule a call back while on roaming, they should be able to void the roaming fee for the call back.

Regarding Facebook/Twitter account, you could make one, contact them, and delete the account later.
