Hello I am trying to straighten out my Billing I am traveling international teaching English for 6 month I put my wife and my line on seasonal hold for 6 months I just arrive to the country I am in went to pay first bill and they have transferred the full tab to my account bill when I was told that I would pay the 15 per line plus the tab monthly amount I have no way of contacting some one 

Could you recheck if your lines were put on seasonal hold or cancelled? Normally, unless you requested to pay off the Tab, you shouldn’t have to pay the full Tab amount.


I am trying to go through the verifcation it said I am verified I do not know what to do from there


The lines are on seasonal hold when the CC lady said it would be 30 per line for seasonsl hold I asked her we have been koodo customers for 20 years could it be 15 like last year she said she would spesk tp superviser she then came back told me it would be 15 and we can continue to pasy out tab which was 16 per line

 


never were told we would have to pay the whle think at once we are pensioners

 

 


We never requested to pay off entire tab
