I was expecting a 'how did we do' text or email but it never came so I'm telling you this way. I hope it gets to the right department anyway.
I want to thank LeeBardo for helping me with a billing issue. I was stressed to my breaking point and this kind and wonderful man saw that I am a good customer and that I deserved a break. He was so wonderful that he brought me to tears. Someone actually cared! He is an asset to Koodo and he deserves a raise. Thank you LeeBardo (I love your name) for being my saviour when I truly needed one. You will always be in my prayers.
Also I'd like to thank Catherine for sending me to him. I misunderstood what she meant when she was describing this department. I thought it was the collection department she was suggesting but it was a reconciliation (or something similar) and she was right.Â
Both of these people made this old lady very happy. Thank you both so much. God bless you both.
