I signed up with Koodo with an iphone 14 which i was paying $11.75 per month ( with an upfront payment of $800 ish). I paid off the 14. i then purchased an iphone 15 directly from Appple. having reviewed my tab balance, it looks as tho i am now pay $10 per month ( details stating iphone 15 pro max). if i purchased this phone myself, why am i still paying a tab balance? TIA

Are you sure the 14 was finished paying off? The device that shows up in self serve is just whichever phone your sim card is currently in. The tab and tab bonus information would still be for the device that you were originally on contract for and are still being billed for. So because your sim is now in the new phone, that's what would show up in self serve. You would not be paying for you new device it's just to show which device currently has the number associated with that phone line.
