System unable to process transaction. Unable to make payment

Hi,

 

With March 04, the last payment date, I was trying to make payment since 3rd. But kept receiving above screenshot everytime I tried to make payment by card. Please assist. Also, if I am charged due to late payment, is it possible to kindly waiver it.

Did the credit card work before with your account? and did it only happen at night time? Can you try to pay during day time to see if that can help? As well you can dial 611 from your Koodo number and try to pay with the automated system

Yes, since I joined, I have been paying via card for years.

This is first time I am unable to proceed - No issue from w.r.t. card.

 

Also, I am out of Canada, so unable to reach Customer support on call.

The issue could be from the foreign IP address. I would try again during daytime (with Canada timezone) and see if that can help. If not, you might have to contact Koodo directly via Facebook messaging or schedule a call back (that wouldn’t incur international roaming fee).
