I recently switched from Koodo to Telus (like 4 days ago) but a payment on my bank account went to my Koodo account through my online banking yesterday. Will it be applied to my Telus account? Or do I have to ask for a refund from Koodo?
Were you a Koodo prepaid or postpaid customer? Was the payment made by your mistake or was it a pre-authorized payment?
No, if the account was cancelled, the amount would be sent back via cheque by Koodo and not transferred to Telus. If you want to confirm, you have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep
