Stream+ double charge?

I signed up for stream+ last month at an additional fee of $10 a month with the plan I selected. I was charged this $10 on my monthly statement. I have since noticed a charge of $17.25 to my credit card for koodo stream+. It looks like I was charged the $15 plus tax for stream+ in addition to the $10 on it on my statement. Has anyone had this happen?

Stream+ is charged directly to your card, not on your monthly bill.

Have you taken a look at your pdf ebill to see what the extra $10 charge is for? Did you accidentally purchase the Amazon Prime add-on perhaps?

I think I did; i checked and itis $9.99 for the amazon. I had just amazon free for 3 months before signing up for stream plus. So I guess I have to cancel that somehow?Yea it should show under the add-on section of your account and you can just click the little x beside it to remove it.
