i’m a little- really upset at this point.

 

i can’t get in touch with a live person to help me. 

Awhile back- like last billing cycle i was contacted and some rep changed my original plan i had since joining Koodo over 15 years ago.

it was an unlimited talk and text anywhere in canada and international.

 

So then i go and txt some friends in the USA like i’ve been doing since i got with koodo ALL those years ago, and next thing i know i’m being CHARGED for it.

i manage to geta koodo rep to contact me and he says he doesnt know why it was changed but that my ‘extra’ perk (that i logged in to choose to try and fix this myself)  should 100% allow me to still txt my friends in the USA without being charged.

Today i get the same EXTRA charge on my bill.

Only now, i can’t login to the automated crap to get a phone call from a live person because it says my password is wrong… and yet here i am using that password they say is wrong to login to this forum.
 

i choose ‘forgot password’ to try to sign in to this automated crap to GET to a live person to call me, and i’ve tried BOTH the text a code to me and email a code to me and it’s been HOURS with NO CODE. And utterly NO HELP.

 

WTF do i do??? i’m about ready to flip Koodo the bird and find another phone company.,  This is utterly RIDICULOUS to be treating such a LONG standing customer this way.
