Source to dial voicemail?

My bill include a Easy Roan payment. The details shows it's a out call to voicemail (778-580-4001), but I didn’t make this call since my phone with double SIMs and was set to another local SIM for all call/data/sms. It’s unlikely to make call from my phone. Any chance to identify if it’s the call from my phone in roaming country?

I recommend you check the date and time of the call in self-serve and correlate that with any call on your phone. There is possibility that when you check your voicemail, for whatever reason, the phone dialed the voicemail of Koodo number instead of the other.

Hi @ymhuang

We have reviewed the details and we can indeed see the usage indicates voicemail usage.

We recommend reviewed the phone settings and also the call history,

More about how to prevent unwanted roaming charges can be found here

Thanks, from call history, we can tell there has a out call to voicemail, as Dinh indicates, what we tried to call was voicemail in local network, not sure why default voicemail still be roaming network. We will disable the SIM during roaming next time to prevent EasyRoam charge.
